Rotonde Slippers aims to only deliver products of the best quality. If you are unsatisfied about one of our products you have the option to return it or swap it within 30 days upon arrival of the product. Within those 30 days you have the right to of course fit and view the product.
Return conditions:
- Depending on the country where the product has been ordered from, there might occur costs to return the product. You can check the costs at your local post office.
- The product is in its original state and unworn
- Ensure that the products which you return are not damaged, in original packaging with all the labels attached
- The product is returned within 30 days
- The risk of the return process is for the buyer. This means that Rotonde Slippers cannot be held accountable for any lost and/or damaged packages during the return process.
- If any of these conditions are not met, the buyer does not have the right for a refund

Our slippers are exclusively made out of natural materials which guarantees the quality and sustainability of our product. Already in the first phase of the production process a selection has been made of the best materials.
